03 — How I got here

From a production line to the systems I build today.

2016
The production line
It started in 2016 on a production line in Istanbul — a textile brand I co-founded, where I ran the floor and the relationships around it. That is where I learned that growth is built, not launched.
2019
The cameras
Then came the cameras. Production, then creative direction — years I spent learning how attention is earned before it is bought.
2023
The clinics
Then the clinics. Marketing, business development and operations for dental clinics — on the business side, where I saw the decision happen up close, in the room, not in a dashboard.
Today
The systems
Today I build the systems that hold all of it together: positioning, partnership networks, influencer campaigns, and the CRM and automation behind them. And the products I needed and could not find — AktBot for influencer marketing and UGC, MAHAM for work management.

Growth is a system, not a campaign.
