Analytics (Hotjar)
With your consent, this site loads Hotjar, a product-analytics tool that records anonymized usage such as clicks, scrolls and page navigation to help improve the site. Hotjar does not require you to enter any personal information. It loads only after you press “Accept” on the consent banner; if you press “Decline”, it is never loaded.
What we collect
If you accept analytics: anonymized interaction events and general device and browser information via Hotjar. If you decline: no analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics data is collected. This site has no login, no forms and no advertising trackers.
Forms (contact, call, proposal)
When you submit a form, only the fields you fill (such as name, email, phone, message, company, and your scheduling preferences) are collected — so I can reply. They are stored on the site's own server, outside the public part of the site, and are never sold or shared. If you provide an email address, an automatic confirmation is sent to it to acknowledge your request. They are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and are deleted on request. No files are uploaded and the forms set no tracking cookies. To delete your data, email me@mo7amadalmousa.com.
Your choices
You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which resets the consent prompt. Under the GDPR and Turkey's KVKK, you may request access to or deletion of any data associated with you.
